We’re looking for a stellar Facilities Manager to keep all of our facilities in tip-top shape!  This is a salaried full-time position with benefits.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee existing retail store and office systems, including (but not limited to) security, facility maintenance, emergency action planning, lease review, storage, shipping, supply orders and procurement, and new office development projects
  • Develop new processes for our offices currently under construction, including operational efficiencies, maintenance scope and schedules, freight and deliveries, support for internal events, and all service channels
  • Serve as the chief liaison between Warby Parker and its property managers and landlords
  • Collaborate closely with the head of New Stores and Facilities to ensure that ongoing maintenance, renovations, and operations across all Warby Parker facilities are efficient, effective, and measurable
  • Help organize, conduct, and report department-led Quarterly Facilities Inspections of all stores and offices

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of management experience in an operations, logistics, or facilities-related role
