We’re looking for a Showroom Associate to join our retail team at the Standard Spa in Miami Beach! Warby Parker is all about giving our customers an extraordinary shopping and ownership experience. As a Showroom Associate you’ll focus on infusing each customer interaction with warmth, friendliness, expertise, and honesty. Think of yourself as part problem-solver, part stylist, part sales associate and part brand ambassador.

What you'll do:

  • Knock socks off left and right with stellar customer service
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge (and be able to give expert style advice)
  • Brainstorm (and think creatively) about ways in which to optimize each customer’s experience
  • Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy to customers
  • Learn and grow with Warby Parker as our retail presence expands
