What you'll do:

  • Ensure that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge
  • Be comfortable explaining eyewear prescription terminology to customers
  • Take and record measurements with flawless accuracy; adjust and fit eyewear as needed
  • Knock socks off left and right with stellar customer service
  • Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy to customers
  • Provide style consulting and assist customers in choosing the very best glasses for their needs
  • Make customers feel welcome and happy at our store

Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Massachusetts optician 
  • Have the flexibility to work days, weekends and some evenings for store extended hours and/or events
