We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join the team and manage our Home Try-On program. The Home Try-On program allows customers to try out five pairs of frames (free of charge!) at home for five days before making a decision. It is one of the most critical pieces of our customer experience and one of the biggest areas of investment for Warby Parker—you’ll be in a highly visible role with access to our co-CEOs and senior management team. You’ll be the go-to for all things Home Try-On, reporting to the Director of Consumer Insights and collaborating closely with our brand management, product strategy, and online experience teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze Home Try-On conversion trends to understand customer behavior and segments
  • Translate Home Try-On customer insights into action—developing our short and long-term channel strategy
  • Manage projects that improve the Home Try-On customer experience in web, email, and packaging (plus anywhere else!)
  • Manage Home Try-On profitability, with a focus on increasing purchase conversion and maintaining an excellent customer experience
  • Partner with the brand management team to ensure a consistent brand experience throughout the Home Try-On process
  • Work closely with the online experience team to optimize the Home Try-On web experience from start to finish
  • Work with the finance and supply chain teams to manage Home Try-On cost and inventory efficiency
  • Track key Home Try-On metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis—and then share with the Warby Parker management team
  • Act as the Home Try-On business owner across the organization, collaborating with web, customer experience, product strategy, and brand management teams on changes that affect the customer experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a highly analytical role (management consulting, investment banking, or retail experience is preferred)
  • Expert in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Top notch written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience translating data into strategic recommendations
  • SQL knowledge preferred but not required
  • Experience managing a product or channel preferred but not required
