2. Hi, I just received my glasses and am not at all happy with them. They are way too big for my face and just don't look right. I was really excited about your company and had only heard great things but my experience has been disappointing. Can you please help me out with a return?*
3. What are two companies or brands you admire and why?*
4. When you hear the words Warby Parker, what 3 words, ideas, or concepts come to mind?*
5. Describe a memorable experience you've had as a customer. If it was a good experience, what made it awesome? If it was bad, what would you have done differently if you worked for that company? (**No need to reveal the name of the company!)*
