We’re looking for an Operations Advisor who will be responsible for performing all back-end processes within the retail store. This employee will bridge the gap between our online and offline interactions with customers, providing a seamless customer experience. This role will involve an intensive two-week training, as well as ongoing trainings as processes are updated.
